My son and I recently moved to the area from Virginia Beach. I am retired military and I couldn’t be happier with the care and service that was provided. Being that it was my son’s initial visit I half expected that there might be some kind of paperwork or records mix up because we experienced a few headaches in the past whenever we had to pack up and move to another duty station. I was blown away by how simple, smooth and effective everything went! From scheduling the appointment all the way through to checking out was a breeze! Thank you all for making my son’s first visit a great one! Y’all rock!

Personal connections inspired Scott Thomas, MD, to become a doctor. Although both of his parents practiced medicine, he never considered going into the field until he was diagnosed with a brain tumor at 14. These experiences shaped his philosophy of care. He is grateful for the opportunity to care for people and always strives to do his best to improve the health of his patients. Dr. Thomas is committed to giving everyone attention and care, and making sure his patients' concerns are heard. He wants patients to feel that they have a role in their healthcare decisions. In his free time, he enjoys going to the zoo and museums with his wife, Amy, and daughter, Emma. Dr. Thomas also plays piano, guitar and trombone, and likes playing sports.
