Billing & insurance

All insurance co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. If we do not have a contracted arrangement with your insurance plan, you will be expected to pay in full at the time of service. Payment will be collected before you see the provider. Payment can be made using cash, check, Visa or MasterCard.

Prior to your appointment, please contact your insurance carrier to confirm that Novant Health Matthews Children's Clinic is a provider. Please refer to the accepted insurance section of this website to view health maintenance organizations, point of service plans and preferred provider organizations that our office has contracted arrangements with.
