How do I request a medication refill?

It is best if refills are requested a week in advance or when it will be needed. Please call your pharmacy and ask them to request a refill be sent to our practice. For controlled substance, you will need to call our office to make the request. A well visit within the last 365 days is required for refills.

How often are well visits needed?

A well visit is recommended every year. Many forms require an up to date well visit. Refill requests require an up to date well visit.

How do I have my child evaluated for ADHD?

Please complete both of the Vanderbilt forms (Parent and Teacher) and return them to our clinic. Your child’s physician will review the forms and set up an office visit for you and your child.

What is the policy for ADHD medication management?

Patients on ADHD medications must be seen in the office every 6 months. One visit may be a well visit, and one visit is a medication recheck.

How do I submit forms for completion and a physician signature?

Forms can be faxed, mailed or dropped off at our office. Please complete as much of the information on the forms as possible prior to delivering them to us.

Do you perform suturing or wound closure “glueing”?

Some of our physicians will suture and glue, but it depends on several factors. Please call our office for guidance.

Do you offer Prenatal Tours?

Yes, we are happy to arrange an appointment for new parents to meet with one of our physicians. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.

Do you perform lab work?

Yes, we are partnered with LabCorp for our patients to receive all of their lab needs within our office.

Do you perform x-rays?

No, we do not have x-ray equipment in our office. Our physicians will be happy to evaluate your child in the office and determine if x-rays are necessary.
